Thermoforming machines

Since 1994, Utien Pack has been developing and building thermoforming machines that are made-to-measure for all your packaging needs. Regardless of your operation's scale, our thermoforming machines can be customized to meet your specific requirements. Utilizing the latest advancements in automated food packaging technology, coupled with a modular design and interchangeable tooling, we ensure you operate at optimum levels. This commitment provides you with a competitive edge in terms of product quality, freshness, and shelf appeal. With a strong focus on sustainability, we package your products efficiently, in the style that best reflects your branding and packaging technology preferences.

With advanced packaging technology, these thermoforming machines effectively handle the entire automated food packaging process, from tray forming and filling to sealing, cutting, and final output. The system boasts a high degree of automation while maintaining a low defect ratio.

Depending on the material used, packages can be flexible or rigid. Our automated food packaging solutions, equipped with advanced thermoforming machines, are ideal for vacuum packing, skin packing, and modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) technology, making them suitable for both food and non-food products. Packaging processes can involve sealing only, vacuum packing, MAP, and skin packing. We utilize a special cutting system designed for different materials; we manufacture cross and vertical cutting systems for flexible films, as well as die cutting solutions for rigid films, all leveraging cutting-edge packaging technology.

Due to the high level of customization in our projects, we prefer categorizing our thermoforming machines by general packaging types. This includes our automated food packaging solutions such as the thermoforming vacuum packaging machine, the thermoforming MAP packaging machine, and the thermoforming skin packaging machine, each featuring unique aspects of advanced packaging technology.
