The VP - 700 is a fully automated, flexible high-speed continuous motion cartoner that can be fully tailored to meet your exact requirements using different speeds and infeed options. Using a feeding system with side pushers, it can run up to 180 cartons per minute.

OVERVIEW

VP-700 CARTONER

  

The VP-700 is a continuous-motion horizontal cartoner for moderate production needs. At less than 13 feet long, it is compact and offers a wide range of options for erecting, loading, and closing end-load cartons at speeds of up to 180 cartons per minute.

It’s method of operation is:

  

  • End load carton is removed from a supply magazine via a rotary vacuum system

  

  • Carton is erected and placed down on continuous moving chain system

  

  • Product is automatically horizontally loaded into a carton via a barrel cam loader from a 15 foot continuously moving bucket conveyor

  

  • Loaded carton is transported through the machine and is either tucked closed or applied with hot melt glue and compressed shut

  

  • Completed cartons are then automatically delivered from the back of the machine at a convenient working height

The machine has a variety of unique advantages:

  • Easy and fast format changeover from operator side

  • Wide range of customizations of infeed and printing systems 
  • Motorized carton magazine in a low and ergonomic position 

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

  • All information available on screen to enable viewing the components’ location and possible faults on a 3D interactive model


  • Daily, weekly, monthly and annual periodic maintenance reminders

  • PDF file of system manual

  • Log file of faults, indicated by date & time

  • Fully remote access service supported by real - time video camera installed on the system

  • These applications reduce downtime of machines while waiting for service or local technical support.

  •  Control Circuit: 24 VDC

AIR REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Operating pressure: 88psi (6 atm) 

  •  Line pressure: 103 psi (7 atm)  

  •  Air consumption: 400 L/min at 6 bar  

  •  Hot-melt air pressure 20-59 psi (1.4- 4 atm)
