- The CWL 150 WP Model Label Applicator is extremely versatile. The label applicator can be configured in multiple ways to allow for various label applications. Regardless of the surface or size, the 150 WP Model is capable.
- Each 150 WP Model Label Applicator is configurable to one of three application methods:
- site labeling
- top labeling
- site and wrap-around labeling
State-Of-The-Art Technology
- The CWL 150 WP Model controller is also equipped with AB PLC controller connectivity with external connectors to accommodate the following: low label – single, double, or triple alarm stack – web break – encoder velocity compensation – loose loop control – product shape profiling imprinting – zero downtime configuration – two channel E-Stop monitoring. Each machine is shipped preprogrammed and can have the additional hardware installed later for simple “plug-and-play” operations. The electronic control assembly is packaged as a module and can be easily removed for repair or replacement, eliminating costly downtime and servicing. Software updates can be downloaded from a remote source or emailed for user-friendly support.

Front/Back/Wrap Labeling System
Description
To meet the ever-changing needs of modern society, Baumann Labeling System has designed a fully automatic, competitively priced label applicator to fit various customer needs.
This custom labeling system can be utilized for two different label applications – front and back labeling and wrap labeling. Depending on the product or package being labeled, we will determine which configuration best suits your needs.
