TOP AND BOTTOM LABELLING

 A top and bottom labeling conveyor belt system is an automated industrial solution designed to apply pressure-sensitive stickers to the upper and lower surfaces of a flat product simultaneously in a single pass. This technology is heavily relied upon in food packaging (like trays or clam-shells), cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and shipping  logistics. 

Split-Belt (Two-Section) Conveyor System :

This is the most common configuration for flat items like boxes, pouches, and plastic  trays. 

The Design: 

The system features two independent horizontal conveyors placed back-to-back with a small, intentional gap between them. 

 The Process: 

 As the product is transferred across the gap, an underlying labeling head dispenses the bottom label directly through the open space onto the underside  of the package.

The Top Side: 

The top label is applied synchronously by an overhead applicator while the package is securely supported by either the first or second conveyor  stage.
