All models feature an open-frame design without hollow section profiles, tilted horizontal surfaces, and optional stainless steel servo drives and gearboxes. Our ultra-clean pneumatic systems can be applied across various levels of VFFS equipment, implementing many useful measures to prevent cross-contamination and bacterial build-up. The design complies with EHEDG and FDA regulations, and we can also meet additional ATEX demands at various levels.

Industrial VFFS Machines:

Sophisticated sealing systems ensure your products are securely sealed, making them ideal for hygienic packaging solutions. A solid mechanical lever system applies sealing pressures of up to 6,000 N (optional up to 15,000 N), depending on your application. The cross jaw drive can be equipped with either servo-drive or pneumatic drive, enhancing the efficiency of your packaging machines. Integrated sensitive safety detection ensures the protection of operators, products, and sealing equipment.

AGILIS sealing system range:

Our heat seal system for laminate films offers innovative hygienic packaging solutions. We provide a constant temperature polyethylene and laminate welding system, ideal for use in packaging machines. Additionally, our impulse welding system with resistance wires is perfect for heavy polyethylene films, while our ultrasonic seal system is designed specifically for laminates and Tyvek, ensuring reliable performance in VFFS equipment.

Thanks to their modular design concept, AGILIS VFFS packaging machines by Baumann can be freely configured to meet any speed requirement for hygienic packaging solutions. A single lane model can achieve up to 250 machine cycles per minute, depending on your application. The scalable drive modules enable a customized system without high investment, making these packaging machines versatile and efficient in various settings.
