The TS500 Tray Sealer is ideal for small to medium packaging volumes, especially in R&D, food, and scientific settings. The items to be packaged are placed manually in a prefabricated tray. The filled trays are then covered with film and airtight, evacuated, and filled with modified atmosphere gas before sealing (MAP system), then cut for a perfect finished look.

The TS1500 Tray Sealer is a compact, efficient, and fully automated tray-sealing machine for producing medium—to large-scale packaging. It features multiple lanes. On three lanes (optional four lanes), pre-made trays of all shapes are sealed simultaneously with a top film. The TS1500 offers three operation modes: seal only, vacuum gas (MAP), or gas flush, which are typically selected by independent processors.
